Hi everyone,

Kindilan just held the Australian Camps Association/ Queensland Outdoor Recreation Federation / Outdoor Educators Association of Qld Conference in early August 2009. Wiith campsite and land managers as well as outdoor educators and outdoor recreation professionals it was a huge success.

Kindilan has recently purchased and upgraded our conference facilites. We have installed digital projectors, screens and systems in both halls and now have wireless throughout most of the site. Clients are asked to donate a small amount for access to the wireless if required.

I look forward to this semester client bookings with lots of programs forInternational and Qld school groups. We are also fully booked throughout August - October on weekends with a wide range mof community groups sharing sprintime at Kindilan.

We are also  celebrating with Girl Guides Queensland their centenary in September which will be fantastic. We are expecting over 3000 guests during this event. .

We had a wonderful Girls Celebrate event in early September hosting approxinmately 3000 Girl Guides in celebration of Girl Guides Australia centenary. Kindilan was buzzing with joy and everyone enjoyed the 24/7 activities and camp out. Thanks to everyone, exspecialyy Carol Stanbury for organising such a tremendous event :) Bec
